Prior to Kubauli Agro Manindra founded “Recruitment World” – an executive search firm and “Hands-On Management Services” – facility management venture which he sold to strategic investor. Prior to getting into entrepreneurship, Manindra was associated with boutique consultancy firm where he was involved in setting up the Business Intelligence and Research outsourcing team serving to Investment Banks. Manindra is a commerce graduate and holds an MBA degree from Mumbai University. He is passionate about dairy and agriculture activities.

He is one of the Co-Founders, associated with Kubauli Agro since inception. He has more than a decade experience in finance & investment banking domain. He was associated with one of the top ten Global Investment Banks and one of the leading Global Custodians. He played very key role in setting up Recruitment World. Ameya is a Commerce graduate and holds MBA degree from Mumbai University.

Dr. Sawant is the Founder of Trimurti Dairy Farm. He has been active in dairy sector since more than thirty years. Prior to Trimurti Dairy, he worked as Veterinary Doctor for more than twelve years. Dr. Sawant has actively participated in the transition of Traditional Dairy to Modern Dairy. He has started the campaign for quality milk. Dr. Sawant has been instrumental in setting up more than 60 dairy farms across Maharashtra and Karnataka ranging from 50 to 500 cows. He belongs to farmer family. Dr. Sawant has been felicitated several awards for his contribution to dairy sector.
